Job Title: Financial Analyst and Assistant to Group CFO

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaboration with Group CFO: Work closely with the Group CFO to achieve the company's financial goals.
- Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts, aligning with the company's goals and financial status.
- Reporting: Assemble and summarize data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Business Studies & Forecasting: Conduct studies on past, future, and comparative performance, developing forecast models.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior financial analysts.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze actual financial results in comparison with forecasts to determine financial status.
- Knowledge Updating: Stay informed about new developments in the field of finance.
- Strategic Consulting: Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives for process improvement and policy development impacting the finance function.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Finance or a CFA designation is preferred.
- Experience:
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and financial software applications.
- Skills:
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft Excel, Macros.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Knowledge: Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money markets, and business environments.
