Position: Fit-Out Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise and Coordinate:
- Oversee daily activities of the fit-out team on-site.
- Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

- Quality and Compliance:
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure they meet company standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fit-out workers and subcontractors.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

- Project Scheduling and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders on project requirements and progress.

- Procurement and Resource Management:
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for fit-out projects.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize delays.

- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on-site.
- Address safety or compliance issues promptly to maintain a safe working environment.

- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity and success.

- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or changes to project scope.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fit-out projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in fit-out work and site supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.
