Job Title: Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eatwell Restaurant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Complete various administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

2. File Management: Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

3. Menu Assistance: Assist in menu design and production for weekly, seasonal, and annual features, collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to create enticing offerings.

4. Project Coordination: Support the Food & Beverage department with time management, data gathering, and communication for the execution of projects or events.

5. Record Keeping: Manage all information accurately, maintaining detailed records and submitting documentation and reports to the manager in a timely manner.

6. Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to undertake other duties or tasks as required by the company, demonstrating a willingness to contribute to various aspects of restaurant operations.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry, or equivalent experience in the GCC region.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Team Player: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the needs of Food & Beverage operations.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, policies, and general restaurant procedures is preferred.
