Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervision & Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations.

- Schedule & Quality Management:
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets the specified quality standards for Civil and MEP works.

- Job Requirements & Planning:
- Interpret drawings and specifications to determine job requirements and allocate resources accordingly.

- Safety Management:
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.

- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor, and materials used on site.

- Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.

- Equipment Oversight:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of construction equipment, ensuring it is used efficiently and safely.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Proven experience in construction, particularly in managing construction sites efficiently.

- Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, including Civil and MEP works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Safety Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on site.

- Communication:
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, project managers, and engineers.
