Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for providing a welcoming atmosphere, handling sales, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception:
- Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide information about the club’s services, programs, and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Manage member accounts, including processing payments and updating membership details.
Sales:
- Promote and sell club memberships, class packages, and other services.
- Provide tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Follow up with potential leads and conduct outreach activities to attract new members.
- Assist in organizing and promoting special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and manage appointments for training sessions, classes, and other services.
- Prepare and distribute informational materials and club updates to members.
- Assist with social media management and other marketing activities as needed.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve member concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the club.
- Support members by providing information, encouragement, and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and membership management software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media management and marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
