Job Brief:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce engaging and on-brand graphics across various media platforms. The role involves defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. If you have a creative flair, strong design skills, and can effectively translate requirements into captivating designs, we would like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract our target audience through visually compelling graphics.

Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine project requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software or by hand
- Ensure appropriate use of colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media platforms
- Amend designs based on feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics
- Proficiency in design software and technologies (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
