Heavy Truck Driver

Job Title: Driver (UAE License No. 3 & 4)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Safe Driving: Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition, addressing any issues promptly and reporting maintenance needs as required.

- Route Navigation: Familiarize yourself with designated routes and locations, effectively navigating through different areas to reach destinations efficiently.

- Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations, following established schedules and prioritizing punctuality.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions and addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays encountered during the journey.

- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations governing transportation services, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

- Vehicle Safety: Take responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle, its occupants, and any cargo or materials being transported, implementing necessary safety measures as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- UAE Driving License: Possess valid UAE driving licenses for both No. 3 (light vehicle) and No. 4 (heavy vehicle), demonstrating proficiency in operating different types of vehicles.

- Experience: Have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant driving experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of safe and reliable driving.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations, as well as the ability to navigate through various locations effectively.

- Responsibility: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for the safety of passengers, cargo, and the vehicle itself.

- Reliability: Be dependable and punctual, ensuring timely arrival for assigned trips and deliveries.

- Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills to interact with passengers, clients, and colleagues professionally and courteously.

- Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail when inspecting vehicles, documenting trip details, and following instructions to ensure accuracy and reliability in job performance.

- Physical Fitness: Maintain physical fitness and stamina necessary for long hours of driving, with the ability to handle the demands of the job effectively.
