Job Description
Job Title: HR and Marketing Executive / Social Media
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any issues or concerns and facilitating effective communication.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing content using CANVA, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools to support marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms using social media management tools.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence is current and effective.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Marketing Apps:
- Utilize marketing apps to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as CANVA, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant marketing apps.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Personal Attributes:
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
