HSE Officer (Jr)

Job Title: Junior HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Assist in investigating incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and HSE training sessions for staff.
- Participate in emergency response drills and provide support during emergencies.
- Support in maintaining HSE records and documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among employees and contractors.

Requirements
- Qualification:
- Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Relevant HSE certifications are advantageous.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a junior HSE role or similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- License/Certification:
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
