Human Resources Payroll Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Payroll Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's payroll process, including but not limited to handling employee payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, building relationships with HR business partners, and supervising HR administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

• Demonstrated experience in HR Management

• Expertise in managing employee benefits, employee relations, HR policies and records, and payroll processing

• Expertise in payroll and timekeeping systems, and HR tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in HR-related fields, with 5+ years of experience in payroll management

• HR certifications or specialized training in payroll management would be beneficial

Salary: AED 7000 - 8000
