Job Title: Indian Specialty Restaurant Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Indian Specialty Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring an authentic and exceptional dining experience that highlights Indian cuisine and culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience that reflects authentic Indian cuisine and culture.

- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory and procurement of specialty ingredients, maintaining quality and authenticity while optimizing costs.

- Staff Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a knowledgeable team capable of delivering exceptional customer service.

- Promotional Strategies:
- Design and implement promotional strategies to attract diverse clientele, enhancing the restaurant's visibility in the community.

- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.

- Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, making adjustments to menu offerings and service practices as needed.
- Cultivate business-friendly relationships with guests for better service and long-term partnerships.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead team meetings to foster collaboration and address challenges, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's vision.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Indian specialty restaurant, currently working in Dubai.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; advanced certifications in restaurant management are a plus.

- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team with strong leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in menu planning and food cost management, with a keen understanding of Indian culinary traditions.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations, with certification in food safety management.

- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and staff.

- Adaptability:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
