Job Title: Inside Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective customers in Dubai.
- Manage and distribute leads, ensuring interested prospects are converted into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Close sales transactions and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Handle customer objections and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
