Job Overview
Anvar Luxury Jewelry in Dubai Gold Souk is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to manage various technical tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our shop. This role encompasses website management, social media management, and ensuring overall computer-related functionality. We are looking for a competent technician capable of swiftly identifying and implementing solutions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Management:
- Maintain and update the company's website.
- Ensure functionality and responsiveness of the website.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical assistance to staff as needed.
- General IT Support:
- Ensure computers and related equipment are functioning properly.
- Install and update software applications.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in IT support is required.
- 3 years of experience in Photoshop (Required).
- 1 year of experience in Lightroom (Preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom for image editing.
- Ability to manage website content and social media platforms effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely solutions.
- Language:
- Proficiency in Hindi is required.
- Availability:
- Full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 10:30-11 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
- One day off per week.

Salary
AED 3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month, depending on capability.
