Kids Club Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with Assistant Recreation Manager/Recreation Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kid's club/crèche.
- Ensure accurate completion of registration forms for children, containing relevant history.
- Create and maintain an inventory of all toys and equipment in the club/crèche.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment.
- Inform supervisors of the need for additional or replacement toys.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
- Enforce all club rules and regulations.
- Maintain the club/crèche in a clean and tidy condition.
- Stay informed about the club's facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
- Oversee reservation, payment, and tracking procedures for the use of recreation center facilities.
- Post charges incurred by guests and members into the computer system and complete accounting procedures.
- Promote all services and activities offered in the gym and spa.
- Ensure compliance with departmental rules and regulations.
- Observe and enforce safety procedures in the gym and swimming pool.
- Check the cleanliness and order of locker facilities regularly.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the gym reception area, swimming pool, and surrounding areas.
- Address guest and member inquiries with knowledge, accuracy, and confidence.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere.
- Assume other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
