Roles & Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Leasing: Actively market available properties to prospective tenants and conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential tenants.
- Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Lease Agreements: Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Property Presentation: Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable for showings, addressing any maintenance issues as needed.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our properties.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
