About the Role:
The Office Administrator will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office activities and contributing to our sustainable growth. This role demands excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong aptitude for managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Supply Management:
- Manage and maintain office supplies stock.
- Place orders for new supplies as necessary to ensure continuous availability.

- Financial and Administrative Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases with accuracy.

- Document Management:
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.

- Client and Employee Interaction:
- Answer queries from employees and clients using excellent English communication skills.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Book meeting rooms as required.

- Policy and Procedure Updates:
- Update office policies as needed to reflect current practices and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.

- Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures and administrative best practices.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a good level of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or prepare for events.
