Job Description
Job Title: Office Girl
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Girl to support our administrative team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of office duties, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional service to staff and guests.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office to ensure proper usage and availability.
- Assist other administrative staff with a wide range of office duties as needed.
- Support Functions:
- Help the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Welcome guests and provide them with a pleasant experience.
- Communication:
- Answer phones professionally and assist callers with their inquiries.
- Maintain good communication with all staff members to support office functions.
- Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare beverages for staff and guests, including Turkish coffee.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office space, ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
- Uphold personal cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- Good command of spoken English.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- Organizational Skills:
- Ability to multitask and assist in various office functions.
- Customer Service:
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor for receiving guests.
- Beverage Preparation:
- Knowledge of preparing Turkish coffee is a must.
