Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within real estate development projects, ensuring effective coordination between departments to achieve project objectives.

- RERA Compliance: Ensure all operations and projects comply fully with Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) laws and regulations, including registration, contracts, and dispute resolution.

- Legal Liaison: Possess reasonably good knowledge of the legal formalities in real estate development. Liaise effectively with lawyers to ensure timely drafting and processing of various agreements and claims.

- Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project management and customer service outcomes.

- Budget Management: Oversee and manage operational budgets for real estate projects, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial objectives.

- Client Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality service delivery.

- Agency Supervision: Supervise agents and develop agency management strategies to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.

- Project Handover: Oversee and supervise the project handover processes, ensuring a seamless transition to clients and promptly resolving any issues during the handover phase.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in operations management within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai, with a strong focus on RERA compliance.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, specifically RERA, and a proven track record of ensuring project compliance.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading operations teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.

- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate project management tools, CRM software, and financial management systems.
