Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role involves using data-driven insights to enhance operational processes, support day-to-day operations, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

2. Process Enhancements:
- Manage process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Work closely with PM to provide business requirement documents for product optimization.

3. Operational Support:
- Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential.

4. Team Empowerment:
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements.
- Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives.

6. Flexible Working Hours:
- Be willing to work alternative hours (e.g., evenings) to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions.

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of directly related experience in an operations management role or other relevant roles.
- Strong financial and economics knowledge.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Background in financial services or investment banking is a plus.
- Experience in leading projects is a plus.
