Painting Supervisor

Job Title: Painting Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out)

K4 Technical Services is seeking experienced Painters and Painting Supervisors with over 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality finishes and ensure that all painting projects meet our clients' exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Painter:

- Surface Preparation:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
- Repair and fill cracks, holes, and joints using caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.

- Painting Application:
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired results.

- Work Environment:
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by using appropriate tools and equipment.

Painting Supervisor:

- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and time tracking.

- Coordination and Inspection:
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Inspect surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.

- Team Supervision:
- Supervise and guide the painting crew, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Painter or Painting Supervisor.

- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Leadership (For Painting Supervisor):
- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Other:
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or formal training in painting or a related field.
- Previous experience with high-profile interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic.
