Job Description
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the hotel team by administering various aspects of the People & Culture Foundation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment activities, managing visa-related and government relations, implementing performance management processes, handling compensation and benefits, facilitating team member development, and organizing employee communication and activities, including monthly celebrations and CSR initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to Anantara HR operational policies and processes, striving for continuous improvement.
- Assist in sourcing and recruiting staff, managing performance, enforcing staff discipline, and handling administration tasks.
- Coordinate well-organized and well-communicated onboarding processes for new joiners.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits.
- Promote employee communication activities and channels to facilitate feedback from team members.
- Maintain positive relationships with staff representatives and address employee grievances effectively.
- Collaborate with training managers to identify learning needs and organize training sessions for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources work, with knowledge in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Ability to drive results and manage people effectively.
