Job Title: Production Helper

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of production, from preparation to maintenance, and ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Production Preparation:

- Ensure raw materials (RM) and accessories are prepared before the start of production.

Production Duties:

- Ensure the packaging of finished goods meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Operator to ensure production processes are efficient, safe, and maintain high quality.
- Work with the QHSE Team to perform in-line quality testing of products.
- Alert the Operator immediately if any deviations in product quality or machinery function are observed.

Maintenance Support:

- Assist the Operator with autonomous and routine maintenance of machinery in coordination with the maintenance team.

Workspace Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and hygiene standards during production.

Team Collaboration:

- Communicate clearly with the team and carry out tasks as delegated by the Operator.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Safety: Responsible for own safety and must report any unsafe actions by team members to the Operator.
- Packing and Packaging: Responsible for the packing and packaging of produced items.
- Condition of Finished Goods: Ensure the condition of finished goods is maintained during the production run.
- Production Area: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned production area.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience working in a similar role within the GCC is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in GCC conditions.
