Job Title: Quality Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes within our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while developing and maintaining comprehensive quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage quality assurance and control processes within the food manufacturing facility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor quality performance.
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections and test results.
- Prepare management reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all quality control practices meet local and international regulations.
- Set specifications for raw materials and monitor supplier compliance.
- Update and maintain documentation for FSMS, FSSC, BRCGS, HACCP, EQM, KOSHER, and HALAL.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
