Roles & Responsibilities

- Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future real estate openings.
- Interview and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate suitability.
- Qualification Evaluation: Evaluate candidate qualifications through detailed resume reviews and interview feedback.
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Targets Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly targets related to candidate outreach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the real estate sector.
- Ethical Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the real estate industry, in recruiting and sourcing roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and documentation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
