Job Overview

As a Reception Host with Alshaya Group, you will be a key member of the Front-of-House team, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from their initial contact, whether over the phone or upon arrival.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Guest Interaction:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they have a positive and memorable first impression.
- Handle telephone reservations and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

- Reservation and Seating Management:
- Efficiently manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
