Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Job Advertisements: Post job ads on various platforms and source candidates through networking and referrals.
- Resume Review: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Preferred experience in the Manpower/Agency and Oil & Gas industries, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment Tools: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
