Job Description

Position: Recruiter
Experience: 3 - 8 Years
Education: Any Graduation

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates:
- Identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Utilize professional networks, referrals, and active search methods to find potential talent.

2. Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer technical tests or assessments where applicable.

3. Candidate Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases with notes, interactions, and interview feedback.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding the status of their application and next steps.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and the qualifications they are seeking.
- Provide insights into the current talent market and suggest alternative hiring strategies if necessary.

5. Job Posting & Marketing:
- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to market job openings and attract potential candidates.

6. Offer Management:
- Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including preparing contracts and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within manpower companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
