Job Title: Relationship Executive

Role Snapshot
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Executive to join our sales team. This role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, introducing our financial advisory services, and demonstrating the value and benefits of partnering with Century Financial. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Acquire preferred HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals) and UHNI (Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals) clients through tele-calling.
- Drive business acquisition through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Market Research:
- Research, investigate, and update available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
- Focus on market penetration to create new business avenues.
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services, demonstrating strong knowledge of financial products, investment options, and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, meeting or surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets and market trends.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong passion for customer service, with clarity, trust-building, and effective communication.
