Job Description
• Leading the reservation team in-line with company rules.
• Maximizes hotel RevPAR through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.
• Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
• Produce and analyze current and historical demand including lost business turndown, rooms on the books, competitive set and market trends to aid in more accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate updates/stay restrictions or rate changes to reflect the hotel selling strategy in response to the market demand.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing and inventory management strategies
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management software
• Knowledge of hotel operations and accounting systems is required
