Job Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant for Power Products with our global automotive client, your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the business flow, including the order cycle, receiving orders from distributors, updating shipment and unit arrival, stock management, and processing the entire flow in conjunction with the Sales Team.

• Creating sales reports for Management.

• Maintaining the Sales Database regularly and understanding the Sales Plan.

• Updating Shipment Results & Forecast and communicating with Management and Distributors.

• Preparing an Industry Market Database and providing market analysis to concerned teams within the organization.

• Liaising with distributors to align Sales & Orders in line with company requirements to achieve Monthly/Annual Targets.

• Consolidating Orders and sharing them with Distributors and Honda factories.

• Updating Final Orders, Shipment, Sales & Stock Results, and Forecast in relevant Excel sheets and sharing with Management.

Skills

Additional Basic Requirements for the Position:

Experience in Sales and Marketing Division with some Administration background.

Experienced in the areas of Data Management and Analysis.

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). High-level skills desired for using Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations. People with basic coding experience (VB, C#, C++, etc.) and database knowledge (Microsoft SQL) are preferred.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner.

• Ability to respect and communicate with seniors of different nationalities.
