Job Title: Sales Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to increase sales and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and effectively promote products.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to improve sales performance.
- Experience in working with international brands such as Zara, Mango, Decathlon, Massimo Dutti, etc.

- Fluency in English, with additional languages as a plus.
