Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director at ALOS Medical, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our cutting-edge medical devices in the UAE market. You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your key responsibilities include:

- Supervise and direct the sales team, providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
- Contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales representatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
