Position Title: Sales Engineer (Fitout)

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for fitout projects. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our design and project management teams to understand client requirements and offer tailored fitout solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the fitout industry, including commercial offices, retail spaces, and hospitality establishments.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to understand project requirements.
- Conduct marketing activities to promote fitout services.
- Generate sales leads in the fitout industry.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of fitout processes and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and project management teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
