Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Trade Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage and monitor trade marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with trade partners and distributors to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.

- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell products or services to meet their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Sales and Client Management:
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotes for potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development colleagues to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide regular reports and updates on trade marketing activities and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing.

- Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

- Skills:
- UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and risks.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Additional Attributes:
- Experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
- Physical ability to attend industry events and conferences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
