Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive - Automotive Services

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their automotive service needs and requirements. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.

3. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our range of automotive services, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales transactions in a timely and efficient manner while achieving or exceeding sales targets.

5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide ongoing support and assistance to address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track progress against targets and objectives. Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of automotive products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
