Roles & Responsibilities

- Consultations:
- Conduct consultations with potential clients interested in immigration services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on various immigration programs and processes.

- Sales & Targets:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication, persuasion, and consultation techniques.

- Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the immigration industry or a related field.

- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, Malayalam, or Bengali is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
