Job Description:
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of growth strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing data and conducting research to identify growth opportunities and user behavior insights.
- Implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
- Utilizing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in growth marketing.
- Identifying and exploring new growth channels and opportunities for innovation.
- Continuously optimizing the customer journey and user experience.

Must Have:
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Collaboration skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- 2 years of experience in Blockchain/WEB-3.
- 3 years of experience in Marketing/Growth roles.
