Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth investigations into user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Creating high-quality UX design solutions including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements including CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, internal, and external designers to ensure tailored experiences for digital users.
- Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Working effectively in an agile software development environment.
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.

Requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX design or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience with financial products is preferable.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Zeplin.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Capability to interpret analytics and implement changes to applications as required.
