The Opportunity:

Oliver Wyman Middle East is seeking a highly skilled bilingual Translator with more than 2 years of experience translating professional client materials between English and Arabic in a business environment, preferably in Management Consultancy or other professional services. The candidate should have a good understanding of culture and language localization in the region. This role is based in the Abu Dhabi office and offers the opportunity to work on various industries and build a career in professional translation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Professionally translate between English and Arabic business and technical documents, including published marketing reports, generic marketing presentations, client proposals, client presentations, and other internal presentations and documents.
- Liaise with clients to discuss unclear points, consult with subject matter experts, and project teams to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately.
- Research legal, technical, and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation.
- Use highly specialized translation software for efficiency and consistency.
- Retain and develop knowledge of specialist areas of translation.
- Adhere to industry quality standards to ensure that all completed work follows legal and ethical obligations.

Technical Skills/Qualification:

- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Educated to Graduate level (Degree in translation/experience in the field).

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English and Arabic, written, reading, and spoken.
