Role Overview:
As a Team Assistant at Bacardi's Gulf Team in Dubai, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking aging.
- Monitoring and tracking advertising and promotion (A&P) expenses.
- Tracking shipments via TNT.
- Consolidating sales trackers.
- Posting invoices for payment.
- Creating vendors.

Skills & Experience:
- Analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
