Job Title: Technical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- ELV System Installation & Maintenance:
- Perform installation and maintenance of various ELV systems including Home & Office Automation, Biometric & RFID Access Control, Surveillance, Gate Barriers, and IT Security/Software Products and Services.
- Project Management:
- Lead the technical team to complete projects within deadlines.
- Design the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects as per SIRA or non-SIRA requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and installation of the approved BOQ, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring efficiency.
- Report on the status of the projects.
- Customer and Team Relations:
- Maintain positive relations with customers, team members, and seniors.
- Independently handle customer interactions and address their concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in a technical field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ELV System installation and maintenance.
- Skills:
- Specialized in Home & Office Automation, Biometric & RFID Access Control, Surveillance, Gate Barriers, and IT Security/Software Products and Services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team handling skills.
- "Get it done" attitude.
- Ability to handle customers independently.
- Certifications:
- UAE driving license is required.
- SIRA certification is an added advantage.
- Availability:
- Should be able to join immediately.
