Job Title: Tele Sales Representative (Tagalog Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a customer base by handling inquiries, answering questions about products and services, and addressing complaints.

- Sales Support: Cross-sell and upsell products, provide information about offerings, process orders, and send quotations.

- Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.

- Coordination: Work with the Designers, Production, and Logistics Teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of customer needs.

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining rapport and providing excellent service.

- Documentation: Prepare correspondences and documentation to support customer needs and sales processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 to 2 years in BPO, tele-calling, tele-marketing, tele-sales, or customer service.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Tagalog is required.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on achieving satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (Visit visa or canceled visa).

- Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Al Quoz, Dubai.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

- Visa Status: Immediate joiners with visit or canceled visas preferred.
