Role Overview:

We are a dynamic events and marketing agency seeking an experienced and highly flexible 3D Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring a unique perspective and expertise in creating visually stunning designs that elevate our events and promotional campaigns. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and delivering innovative 3D designs, rendering spaces, and ensuring that each project captures the essence of our clients' brands while maximizing impact on attendees and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with events and marketing teams to understand project objectives, client briefs, and brand guidelines. Translate these into captivating 3D designs aligned with the overall event or campaign theme.

- Design Development: Create visually appealing concepts and layouts for event spaces, trade show booths, stage designs, experiential activations, and other promotional elements, incorporating the latest trends and technologies.

- Rendering and Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations that allow clients and stakeholders to envision the final look and feel of the event or campaign.

- Client and Team Collaboration: Ensure designs align with client messaging, brand identity, and marketing goals. Collaborate with event producers, marketing strategists, graphic designers, and audiovisual professionals to integrate 3D designs seamlessly.

- Trend Integration: Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and design approaches in the events and marketing industry to create cutting-edge experiences.

- Presentation and Revisions: Present design concepts to clients, communicate the strategic thinking behind each design decision, incorporate client feedback, and make revisions to achieve desired outcomes.

- Vendor and Production Liaison: Work with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of designs, providing guidance on materials, fabrication, and installation processes.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and deliverables are consistently high-quality.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, material selections, and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably with a focus on events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing visually stunning 3D designs and renders tailored to events and marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and rendering software/plugins (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Design Understanding: Excellent understanding of event design principles, marketing strategies, and brand identity translation.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
