Job Description
Job Title: Van Sales Supervisor - TT (FMCG)
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain harmonious public relations with trade partners and team members, ensuring prompt and efficient customer service at all times.
- Journey Plan Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to journey plans, optimizing routes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team activities and consistently be an effective team player.
- KPI Achievement: Achieve set KPIs related to Coverage, Productivity, Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation, or share of space as per market share and planograms).
- Route Efficiency Evaluation: Frequently assess route efficiencies to meet targeted productivity measures set per van/route.
- Distribution Goals: Achieve targeted numeric and weighted distribution per brand/SKU and ensure van loadograms are always maintained.
- Stock Management: Ensure multiple loading of most vans daily to avoid out-of-stock situations in vans or trade outlets.
- Visibility: Secure primary visibility in categories and explore secondary visibility opportunities to maintain dominance in the market.
- Availability Management: Ensure the all-round availability of Must Stock List (MSL) items and other targeted SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.
- Trade Returns Management: Manage trade returns within agreed levels and highlight near-expiry issues three months before the expiry date, taking ownership for the liquidation of such
