About the Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned station or place of work, ensuring a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with established performance and productivity standards. This role covers various Food & Beverage outlets, such as restaurants, bars, room service, and pool restaurants, to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand all food and beverage items on the menu, recommend combinations, and up-sell alternatives.
- Recognize and welcome every guest, perform a final check of table/tray set-up, assist guests with seating, and introduce the appropriate menu.
- Prepare and serve food & beverage orders, ensuring a courteous, professional, and flexible service following the hotel's standards.
- Check tables/trays/trolleys for cleanliness and standard settings, inquire about special dietary requirements, and handle money and guest charges accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries efficiently, report complaints or problems to supervisors, and rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, set up tables and bars according to standards, and report potential food & beverage cost discrepancies.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- F&B Vocational certificate or diploma.
- HACCP certified.
- 1-2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) terminals and Stock & Inventory management software.
- Initiative, commitment, attention to detail, quality, teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility are essential.
