Job Description
Position: Supervisor, Sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Section Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the commercial activities of the organization. Your key responsibilities include:
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and oversee the implementation of procedures and controls in all areas of commercial activity.
- Ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements, delivering a quality and cost-effective service to customers.
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Commercial section, ensuring the implementation of work processes as per established policies, processes, and procedures.
Functional Commercial Procedures:
- Participate in the development and monitor the implementation of functional commercial procedures to fulfill procedural and legislative requirements.
Team Supervision and Motivation:
- Supervise the activities and work of subordinates, ensuring efficient and compliant work within the specified policies and procedures.
- Coach and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent service delivery, performance, and achievement of sales targets.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with the internal marketing team and other entities to arrange product knowledge training and execute marketing plans to meet annual sales targets.
- Provide data on company products and competitor performance, ensuring the company stays aware of market trends.
Budgeting and Monitoring:
- Assist in the preparation of the budget to ensure the unit's activities align with the assigned budget.
- Supervise central distribution processes and monitor customer demand for efficient and timely processing.
Sales Performance and Key Accounts:
- Follow up on the outcomes of deliveries and invoices, focusing on achieving targeted KPIs for sales and collection.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key accounts and major customers to optimize Hikma sales engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, including at least 2 years in a position with increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Coaching & Monitoring, Decision Making & Analysis skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Preferably residents of (Qena, Sohag, Luxor & Aswan).
