Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets and objectives, focusing on B2B customers in the HVAC and duct manufacturing sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing the sales process, and providing technical support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Approach new MEP consultants and contractors to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining HVAC and duct manufacturing products and solutions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting the right products and solutions.
- Follow up with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Maintain current market information on pricing, market share, and competitors’ activity.
- Analyze and synthesize market information to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish, including negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to track performance and inform future strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the HVAC and duct manufacturing industry.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and duct manufacturing products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented with the ability to analyze and synthesize information promptly.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Proven ability to work as a team player with a strong organizational and time management skills.
- KSA Driving License and own car are required.
