Job Description
Job Title: Stakeholders Interface Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Stakeholders Interface Engineer to manage and optimize stakeholder interactions for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Mapping: Maintain a comprehensive stakeholder register, including contact persons, terms of reference, MoUs, and agreements.
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for all external parties, addressing their needs, issues, and managing expectations.
- Interface Protocols: Establish and monitor interface protocols between stakeholders and third parties to ensure optimal project development and successful delivery.
- Engagement: Engage with key third-party stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, maintaining effective relationships and reporting to RCRC.
- Interface Management Plan: Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan detailing methods and processes for stakeholder identification, development, and agreements.
- Approvals and Permits: Manage interfaces and ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained for all project aspects. Track authority approvals, monitor issues, and manage risk mitigation.
- Communication: Handle communication with clients and key stakeholders regarding authority issues.
- Reporting: Produce and maintain standardized documents and regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance.
- Monthly Reporting: Issue a Monthly Stakeholder Report.
- Support Procurement and Contracts: Assist the Procurement and Contracts department as needed.
- Collaborative Approach: Ensure a collaborative approach across teams for the planning and delivery of interface works, addressing issues and implementing interventions as needed.
- Information Dissemination: Manage and coordinate timely dissemination of information to relevant parties.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies and Procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or project management.
- Experience in major real estate development projects.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater master plans.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills and presentability.
- Experience in developing agreements and MoUs with strategic partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
