Job Description
Job Title: Training Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to oversee and enhance our training programs across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating employee competencies, designing and implementing training programs, and coordinating with industry experts to deliver effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competency Evaluation: Assess current employee competencies and manage personnel appraisals.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify technical training needs within the company and design comprehensive training programs.
- Employee Communication: Engage with employees to discuss technical issues and identify training requirements.
- Training Material Development: Create training materials including outlines, handouts, and exercises.
- Coordination with Experts: Collaborate with industry experts to conduct classroom-style training and workshops.
- E-Learning Scheduling: Schedule and manage training sessions through e-learning platforms.
- Onboarding Training: Ensure that all newly hired employees receive the relevant necessary training.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess job performance of employees to evaluate the impact of training programs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from trainers and trainees to improve training programs.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors for specialized training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies and Procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university with advanced project management certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of professional management processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to coordinate training courses using innovative classroom techniques and various teaching aids.
- Experience in developing training plans and managing personnel.
- Skills in personnel management and administration.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
