Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Representative (Account Manager)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competitive and goal-driven B2B Sales Representative (Account Manager) to develop sales strategies and attract new business clients. This role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing client relationships, and closing sales to meet quotas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably ERP systems, to B2B customers and will play a key role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and achieve revenue targets.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Source and generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs to recommend suitable IT solutions.

3. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing accounts and understanding their requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized solutions based on their business needs.

4. Sales Process Management:
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Ensure all sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure, are managed efficiently.

5. Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions, preferably ERP systems, to B2B customers.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and/or basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Other Requirements:
- Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is a must.
